About Maggie

Maggie has an extraordinary gift for using her voice to create characters of all types. She has solid training/ experience in voiceover with Carroll Kimble, Josh Daugherty, the Voicecaster and the SAG-AFTRA Foundation. She also has extensive improv training at both the Groundlings and the Second City. Her professional background lies in musical theater, her favorite role being Maureen in RENT on Broadway. She has performed in many other musical theater workshops in New York and at the Goodspeed Opera House.

In 2008, she decided to finish her college education and wound up at UC Berkeley, graduating with a B.A. in English, and a minor in Creative Writing. Following graduation, she achieved her dream of having a family of her own and she is a now an undomesticated wife and the proud mother of two incredible kids, one dog and a strange cat that brings unwanted “gifts” into the house. She is and has been a proud member of Actors Equity Association since 1998.

Maggie enjoys hiking, watching stand-up, traveling, doing henna tattoos on herself, talking about God and all things “meta” and unintentionally butchering the Swedish language as she earnestly tries to learn it, because it makes her in-laws laugh at her. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
